2026 Training Year
In 2026 Freedom2MovePT we will all be training together!!
Training will be provided throughout the physie year.
3 options available
Juniors + Beginners - for those who are under 13 years of age or a new to any form of strength and flexibility training (first round 3 sessions/week)
Seniors or Ladies GYM program - for those with advanced gym experience (first round 3-4 sessions/week)
Seniors or Ladies HOME program (first round 3 sessions/week)
Throughout the year as more of the BJP Physie syllabus is released, the programs will be adjusted to focus on some of the more challenging parts of the syllabus.
This program is designed to be started on the 16th of Feb 2026.
Over the year, programs will be dropped in 8 week sections and will be periodized for reduction in training and maintenance programs around competition seasons.
If you choose to start this program at a date other than the one specified above, you may find that the breaks do not align with your competition dates.
Please note these programs will be designed to assist the BJP syllabus, however any brand of physie or dance will benefit from these programs.
For Ladies and Seniors, upon sign up you will have an place to specify whether you have chosen the gym or home training.
