Each of these programs are 8 week duration 3 training sessions/week.

Programs: $250 with coaching support available.

  • Level 1 Splits - beginner (juniors-ladies)

  • Astride Sits - beginner - intermediate (13s - ladies)

  • Level 2 Splits - Intermediate (completion of level 1 splits required)

  • Long-Line Balance - intermediate - advanced (15s-ladies)

  • Strength + Conditioning Prep for comps - (13s - ladies)
